New Short Film ‘True Nature’ by the School of Health to Premiere on 7th April – World Health Day
The School of Health is proud to announce the release of True Nature, a beautifully crafted short film set to premiere on April 7st – World Health Day. This inspiring piece invites viewers on a reflective journey back to the heart of what it means to be connected—to the earth, to ourselves, and to the wisdom of nature.
Written by School directors Amanda and Mani Norland and skilfully edited by Sam Norland, True Nature is a gentle yet powerful reminder of the healing presence that surrounds us. In an age where life moves at an ever-increasing pace, it calls us to pause, breathe, and listen—to the rustling of the leaves, the song of the birds, and the quiet wisdom of the natural world.
“Our bond with nature is fundamental to our well-being,” says Mani Norland, Director of the School of Health, “an invitation to reconnect, to remember the simple joys of existence, and to embrace our true nature.”
Join us in celebrating World Health Day by taking a moment to step into nature—whether through the screen or under the open sky—and rediscover the harmony that awaits.
True Nature is available to watch on The School of Health’s YouTube channel.
